Shirokuro, where art meets sushi

Our name

白黒shirokuro — means black and white. A color, and a way of thinking.

01 — interior, west wall

At Shirokuro, we didn’t just want to create a traditional Japanese omakase restaurant. Our vision was to offer something unique: a place where art and food intersect in a living, breathing sketchbook.

Every line on the walls is hand-drawn — no wallpaper, no printed graphics. The room itself is the artwork.
